A couple of weeks back we were invited by dating app Bumble to host a workshop that touched upon creativity and entrepreneurial spirit for the launch of Bumble Bizz - their new business app that puts women in the hot seat. Bumble launched The Hive: London which was a two-day networking and brand experience to celebrate their new venture. Bumble took over Brown Hart Gardens to curate a series of live panels, wellness classes and workshops with some impressive women in business.
Together with the expertise of Sarah Hyndman from Type Tasting, guests were invited to sign up for our workshop titled 'Increasing Your Creativity: A Lesson in Typography'. Guests learned why fonts matter, how they reflect one's personality (and CV), and how fonts can also be paired with smells and tastes to impact preconceptions - in this case how Prosecco can taste different when paired with different music!
