Last week we were back at The Ned with Flora Arbuthnott who taught members the art behind bundle dyeing on organic silk. Guests were introduced to a variety of dried flowers, roots and other foraged goods and were taught about their natural dyeing abilities. Through a simple steaming process they created a beautiful patterned silk square, see below for some lovely comments:

"This was really fun and I really enjoyed being able to take away a lovely silk pocket square!”

“I was thrilled to be able to learn a new skill, it was very interesting to learn more about the background, history and techniques of printing with florals! I loved my scarf, really beautiful. Great to take this home!’

“Thanks so much for organising this! I had so much fun and really enjoyed this workshop and am delighted that I can bring home my wonderful scarf!”
